HIROSHI KUBOTA
Hiroshi's personal interest in real estate started when he read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki after high school. Hiroshi attended Douglas College's Business Management program then graduated from the Sauder School of Business, Real Estate Division at the University of British Columbia. Having the experience and knowledge in today's market and a passion for this ever-changing industry, Hiroshi specializes in building lasting relationships with homeowners long after they've hired him.
When Hiroshi is not selling homes, he loves to watch and play sports. Hiroshi played ice hockey growing up and is still playing. He is an avid Canucks fan and enjoys spending some well earned time off with his family and friends. Some other hobbies are golfing, snowboarding, swimming and occassionally taking it easy with a nice book.

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. Hiroshi can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. Hiroshi can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
