Licensed since 2009, I've sold more than three hundred homes. But the number I'm proudest of is: eighty percent of my business is referrals and repeat clients. Many families are on their second or third move with me and now their kids are starting to buy their first homes.
Attending nearly every inspection and spending years learning the expensive quirks of our housing stock, I've educated clients about poly-B plumbing, aluminum wiring, non-rainscreened buildings, strata health and underground storage tanks — because catching those things is what actually protects you. I coached new agents for three years, and have invested in real estate too.
